Flora & Ulysses: Book Report by Emma, 7B
Emma has created a really in-depth and detailed book report on Flora & Ulysses (a great book!). If you read through her presentation, you can see how she has put into practice all that we have learned in English. She also used the rubric really carefully to make sure she addressed all the criteria.
If you want to do well in your book reports, this is a great example of how to do well. Great job, Emma!

Artemis Fowl by Younus 7A
As long as you refer to the rubric, and ensure you address all the areas of assessment, you can be as creative as you like with your reading challenges.
Here is an example, where Younus has created a trailer for the book Artemis Fowl. It shows his understanding of the genre and includes references to the text, along with direct quotations.
Improvements to this kind of report include more references and opinions along with suggestions of similar books that people may have read which would mean they would enjoy this one.
